We promise to:

  • Be fair to ourselves.

Our Story

Studio at 432 is a small, home-based business located in Scott, Arkansas, situated 10 miles outside of the capital city of Little Rock. Our company consists of three (3) separate buildings: our home where we lay our heads, our kiln space that also serves as a garage and carpentry shop,  and our art studio where the magic happens. We opened our "remote doors" for business in June of 2025. Tours of the studio are welcome and available by appointment only.

Our Lead Potter

Janita Hall-Swadley is the owner and lead potter for Studio at 432. She began her ceramic studies in secondary school, but instead of continuing her post-secondary studies in the 3D arts, she pursued degrees in interior design and later, musicology and piano performance degrees from Florida State University, the Boston Conservatory, and the University of North Texas.  After traveling full circle, she returned to the ceramic arts and is currently studying at the Windgate School of the Arts, associated with the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
